Muse Magazine Winter 2010 ft. Edita Vilkeviciute

Muse Magazine is a fashion and fine art publication that was launched back in 2005.  Edita Vilkeviciute was photographed by Lachlan Bailey for Muse's Winter 2010 issue.  The grunge-inspired editorial plays with contrasting hard and soft fabrics in a cutting edge manner- I love the mixing of tough red leather against comfy knit sweaters.  The simplicity of this editorial derives from the location it was shot in.  The bare and abandoned house setting reflects a theme of extreme solitude and loneliness.  All in all, Muse Magazine makes a lonely existence look damn good!
